This must be done by telephone in consultation with us.<\/li>\n<li>If Het Sop B.V. cancels (for example, due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances), the cruise will be rescheduled in consultation or the ticket will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>All cruises are subject to \u201cweather and other conditions\u201d; the skipper and guide decide whether a cruise will proceed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You are expected to be at the sales kiosk 30 minutes before the cruise starts.<\/li>\n<li>Het Sop B.V. offers a spacious saloon, upper deck, and toilets on board.<\/li>\n<li>Please dress appropriately for the weather.<\/li>\n<li>There is catering on board, but you may also bring your own food and drinks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For Your Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sailing is prohibited in the following cases:\n<ul>\n<li>Coastal wind warning of 6 or higher (see <a href=\"http:\/\/www.KNMI.nl\/kustdistricten\">KNMI.nl\/kustdistricten<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.Buienradar.nl\">www.Buienradar.nl<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Announcement by management due to organizational or technical reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your phone number and email address are used to send tickets, reservations, cancellations, or to contact you regarding a cruise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><br><\/div>\n<p><strong>Full General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Regular Cruises<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Cruises can be booked for one or more persons, up to a maximum of 32 people per booking.<\/li>\n<li>Reservations can be made online (up to 1 hour before the cruise) or by phone.<\/li>\n<li>Registration at the boat is also possible.<\/li>\n<li>Passengers (including groups) must be present 30 minutes before departure. If you are late, please call us.<\/li>\n<li>Pets are allowed on a leash.<\/li>\n<li>Smoking is prohibited on board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Weather Conditions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>In case of weather conditions that hinder or make the cruise impossible, the skipper decides whether the cruise will take place.<\/li>\n<li>No cruises are held in wind force above 8 Beaufort.<\/li>\n<li>Even with less wind, the skipper may decide not to sail.<\/li>\n<li>Force majeure and insufficient participation may lead to cancellation or change of the cruise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Conduct and Instructions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The skipper may remove passengers who misbehave or are clearly intoxicated from the boat.<\/li>\n<li>Always follow the instructions of Het Sop B.V. or its staff.<\/li>\n<li>The skipper may change the route in case of bad weather or obstructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Delays and Waiting Times<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The boat departs at the scheduled time; for regular cruises, there will be no waiting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Payment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Group cruises: payment on the day itself, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<li>Regular cruises: payment in advance, by card or cash.<\/li>\n<li>Payments must be made to the bank account of Het Sop B.V. after receipt of the invoice.<\/li>\n<li>Amounts must be paid in one installment.<\/li>\n<li>Any collection costs are at the client&#8217;s expense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Cancellation by the Client<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation can be made in writing, by phone, or by email (including the date).<\/li>\n<li>Upon request, up to 2 hours before departure, the cruise can be rescheduled to another date\/time (by phone, subject to availability).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Liability of Het Sop B.V.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Not liable for damage to or loss of the client\u2019s property; all is at your own risk.<\/li>\n<li>Not liable for injury, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.<\/li>\n<li>Not liable for damage when boarding the jetty or boat.<\/li>\n<li>Not liable for delays at departure or during the cruise.<\/li>\n<li>Liability is limited to direct damages and up to the insured amount or the invoice amount.<\/li>\n<li>Not liable for lost items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Liability of the Client<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The client is liable for any damage caused by them to property of Het Sop B.V. or third parties.<\/li>\n<li>Activities are at your own risk.<\/li>\n<li>The client indemnifies Het Sop B.V. against claims for damages from third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> General Liability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>No liability for personal injury or damage, except in cases of proven intent or gross negligence.<\/li>\n<li>Children are the responsibility of parents\/guardians and must always be accompanied up to 14 years old.<\/li>\n<li>No refunds in case of force majeure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><strong> Complaints<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Complaints must be submitted in writing (by email) within 2 days after the cruise.<\/li>\n<li>Verbal or late complaints will not be processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li><strong> Safety<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Always follow the instructions of the skipper\/guide.<\/li>\n<li>Failure to follow instructions may result in the cruise being terminated without the right to a refund.<\/li>\n<li>If the maximum number of passengers is exceeded, surplus persons may be refused.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li><strong> Lost and Found<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Lost items can be handed in to the guide or skipper.<\/li>\n<li>Het Sop B.V. keeps lost items for a maximum of one month.<\/li>\n<li>Items can be collected upon showing identification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li><strong> Applicable Law<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Only Dutch law applies.<\/li>\n<li>Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Alkmaar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><br><\/div>\n<p><strong>Appendix: Additional Sales Conditions and Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tickets are available at the counter or online. Online, you pay with your preferred method; at the counter, you can pay by card, credit card, or cash.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation by the guest: up to 1 hour before departure, a new date\/time can be arranged by phone (subject to availability).<\/li>\n<li>In case of cancellation by the guest, administrative costs will be charged (see article 9).<\/li>\n<li>In case of cancellation by Het Sop B.V.
